| All the images on this site have been compressed so they will load faster on your computer. The pictures that are purchased and shipped are all made from the original digital image. The 8 x 10 photos have a thin white border, all others have a 1" white border. I guarantee the quality of all the pictures that are sold on this site. If for any reason that you are not completely satisfied within the first 15 days of your purchase, you may send your print back for a refund - the shipping cost to you. Your order will be printed and shipped within 3 days after payment is received. If you choose to pay with a PayPal e-Check, I will wait until the payment clears before starting your order. All sales are final when printed. If you want to cancel, you will have to contact me, before your art goes to print. All photographs are digitally printed onto archival quality inkjet matte paper. 8" X 10" prints are shipped in a flat stiff envelope and larger prints are shipped in a rolled cardboard tube. All prints are packaged so they will not be damaged. If for some reason you receive a package that looks damaged, you might want to check the contents carefully before accepting delivery. If damaged, don't accept delivery. I only ship to the address that you enter in PayPal. Make sure that your shipping address matches the address of your credit or debit card that you are paying with. If the address does not match, send me an explanation as to why. When shipping internationally, all customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties and etc. are your responsibility. I suggest you refer to your local customs agency for more information. Returns due to non-payment of customs fees will not be accepted. If your print has not arrived within 30 days of order placement, it may have become lost in shipping. Please contact me so we can make arrangements to replace it. Refunds and Exchanges I want you to be completely satisfied with you r order. If a problem comes up, please contact me within 15 days of receiving your print so we can arrange for replacement, exchange or refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You are responsible for returning items in their original condition, as well as paying the return shipping costs. The print colors should remain vivid for up to 100 years. I offer a lifetime guarantee against fading and color shifting when properly framed and displayed under normal in home conditions. I don't offer a warranty for pictures that are exposed to direct sunlight or moisture.
